Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties:

Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing clients.

Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales orders.

Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Monitor sales trends, market conditions, and competitors activities.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

Purchasing Duties:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and quality products.

Process purchase requests and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, including supplier contracts and invoices.

Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and inventory requirements.

Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate supplies to support business operations.
