Were hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Retail Voice Campaign! If you have at least 3 months of BPO experience and are ready to jump back into the industry, this short-term role could be perfect for you.

This is an onsite role in Cubao, Quezon City with immediate hiring and an attractive package.

What Youll Do:

• Handle voice-based customer service transactions for a retail account
• Provide excellent service by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and processing requests
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics

Qualifications:

• At least 3 months BPO experience
• Currently unemployed (we are hiring ASAP)
• Willing to work onsite in Cubao (Cyberpark Tower 1 or Aurora Tower)
• Residing within NCR
• Open to a seasonal contract (34 months)
