Description

Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives.
Oversee accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions.
Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders.
Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and executive team on financial performance and risk management.
Drive data-driven decision-making through financial modeling and performance metrics.
Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
Support fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and capital structure optimization.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
CPA is a must
10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
Proven success as CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance executive in a growth-oriented environment.
Strong understanding of corporate financial law, risk management, and strategic planning.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
