Job Summary

The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring all accounting transactions are properly recorded and compliant with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and on time
• Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and financial statements
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with payroll and other accounting tasks
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing
• Ensure compliance with government and company accounting standards
• Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of work experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality
• Willing to be assigned at Head Office Cubao, Quezon City
