As a Customer Service Representative for the Airline Travel Account, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate information about airline policies, baggage rules, and travel requirements.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Documenting customer details and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
