Qualifications:
College Graduate With or Without Bpo Experience
2 years College Graduate or Undergraduate Completer with 6 months work experience
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from patients and providers.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to medical, dental, or Medicare plans.
- Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage information.
- Process claims, billing, and pre-authorization requests.
- Provide information about healthcare services, facilities, and provider networks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company data privacy policies.
- Deliver excellent service aligned with client and company standards.
