Description
  • Responsible to AO II, acts or discharges the duties of AO II in his/her absence;
  • Implements, monitors compliance of delivery terms stated in the Purchase Order;
  • Assists in the monitoring of processing period of all purchase requests received by the Section;
  • Prepares regular report on processing periods and related reports on procurement activities;
  • Collates, consolidates and maintains useful and relevant procurement related statistical data;
  • Projects and prepares for bidding activities;
  • Assists in the maintenance of record/ledger of current market prices for consumer items for purpose of uniformity and verifications;
  • Prepares activities necessary for a successful conduct of different procurement modes;
  • Prepares Annual Requirement Program for the Section and initiates preparation of periodic Purchase Request;
  • Performs all procurement-related activities in acquiring contract for Services (Security, Engineering, Laundry, Infrastructures and the likes);
  • Compliance to IMS (Integrated Management System) Standards and Policies.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
