We are looking for a dynamic individual who can wear multiple hats primarily in Digital Marketing, while supporting Human Resources and Finance functions. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing who is also comfortable handling basic financial and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate is creative, organized and comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Duties (Primary):
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business development goals.
- Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Facebook Ads), targeting both government and private sector clients.
- Create engaging and relevant content across the website, social media and email to showcase projects, services and company milestones.
- Create visual creatives for online and offline use, including banners, posters, social media graphics and email templates.
- Edit and produce short videos for social media marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update website content and assist with SEO optimization.
- Manage the companys social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to build brand awareness and engage industry professionals.
- Respond to online inquiries, follow up with sales leads and contribute to a positive online brand reputation.
- Track and report performance of digital campaigns (social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the overall goals of the marketing and business development team.
Finance Support Duties:
- Assist with data entry for invoices, receipt and basic financial records.
- Coordinate with the Finance Clerk for marketing-related expenses
HR Support Duties:
- Help coordinate recruitment advertisements and job postings on social media.
- Maintain basic employee records
- Assist in recruitment process
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Management
- With 2-3 years experience in Marketing role is a plus
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing and content strategy.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and marketing automation tools.
- Strong writing, editing and communication skills ability to simplify technical topics into engaging content.
- Experience using WordPress, Canva and basic graphic or video editing tools is a must
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
