Accounting Manager, Quezon City

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
• Supervise and support the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits.
• Prepare and file BIR tax returns and respond to BIR LOA, if required.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license is required.
• With 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting and supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end accounting cycle.
• Preferably knowledgeable in Taxation, BIR tax return filing, and handling BIR LOA (not required but an advantage).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
