- Performs administrative functions necessary in the drafting of policies, strategies, plans, programs, projects, standards and processes on education and trainings for administrative support services personnel
- Performs administrative functions necessary in the development of training design and instructional materials.
- Performs administrative functions necessary in the development of trainers training programs and in the organization of a Resource Speakers database
- Performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs;
- Prepares list and profile of trainees
- Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids;
- Coordinates set-up of audio-visual equipment
- Compliance to IMS (Integrated Management System) Standards and Policies.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
