Recruitment Manager, Quezon City

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Manager to join our HR team! This role plays a vital part in ensuring that the organization attracts, screens, and hires the right people at the right time. This position shall be coordinating closely with the department heads to meet manpower targets for workers and staff efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and field recruitment
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate trade tests or assessments
• Maintain applicant databases and recruitment trackers
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• At least 3-5 years of recruitment experience (blue-collar (labor & skilled workers) or professional hiring)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and online job platforms
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision
