Member plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the store. They assist customers, maintain cleanliness and organization, manage stock levels, and ensure that all products are displayed according to company standards. This role requires strong customer service skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.

• Greet customers and provide excellent service in a friendly and efficient manner
• Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately
• Replenish and organize merchandise on shelves and display areas
• Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including shelves, floors, and storage areas
• Follow store policies and safety procedures
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming merchandise
• Collaborate with team members and support store goals and sales targets
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry moderately heavy items
