Requirements:
- Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai
- Thai National in Philippines
- Bachelors Degree graduate
- Knowledgeable in ServiceNow and Basic Troubleshooting
- With IT Helpdesk Experience
Responsibilities
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
- Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
