Location: Quezon City 

Salary: Php 115,000 - Php 130,000 Monthly 

Schedule: Shifting with graveyard shift

Requirements:

  • Filipino who fluent  in speaking, reading and writing Thai
  • Thai National in Philippines
  • Bachelors Degree graduate 
  • Knowledgeable in ServiceNow and Basic Troubleshooting
  • With IT Helpdesk Experience


Responsibilities

  • Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
  • Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
  • Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
