Accounting Supervisor, Quezon City

Description

Ensures that expenses are recorded on time.
Ensures that vouchers processed are in accordance with companys policy and external mandates.
Monitors PO and other payables and ensure payment is made prior to due date
Reviews monthly commission and incentive computation in accordance with the companys existing schemes.
Monitors Cash Advances of employees.
Ensures that insurance receivables are monitored and collections are timely recorded.
Maintains monthly aging of payables.
Reviews, checks and monitors of all accounting forms issued such as receipts, invoices, etc.
Supervises recording and monitoring collection of Accounts Receivables including insurance claims, distributors claims and credit notes for warranty claims.

Education : Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
Work Experience : At least 4 years experience in General Accounting; with 2 years in supervisory position gained from trading operations, is an advantage.
Eligibility : CPA preferred but not required
Specialized Training : Leadership Training for Supervisors, Advanced Excel training
