Description

Assist the sales executives during execution of sales process by installing and performing a product demonstration of the COMPANYs products
Product installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
Provide consulting to customers and technical support regarding technicalities of the COMPANYs products
Inventory management of equipment and spare parts
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Troubleshoot system and network problems to diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
Assist team with IT related problems when called upon
All technical support transactions, consultations, product demo and installation should be encoded as a ticket to Hubspot
Generate a monthly Hubspot service ticket report

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a field service role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer software and hardware troubleshooting.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Competencies: Strong technical skills related to bioengineering equipment.
