Description

Provide immediate medical assistance to employees for injuries or illnesses.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
Administer first aid, basic medical treatment, and over-the-counter medication when appropriate.
Refer employees to appropriate medical professionals or facilities when necessary.
Monitor and report workplace health trends, such as recurring symptoms or injuries.
Participate in and support workplace health and safety programs and initiatives.
Conduct health assessments and wellness programs (e.g., blood pressure checks, vaccinations).
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with government health regulations.
Support COVID-19 protocols, including health screenings, contact tracing, and monitoring.
Coordinate with HR on sick leaves, health declarations, and return-to-work assessments.
Maintain clinic supplies and inventory.
Educate employees on health, wellness, and hygiene best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing
License: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience: Preferably with experience in occupational health or clinical nursing
