Logistic Operations, Quezon City

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely delivery and dispatch of materials, supplies, and products.
• Prepare, update, and maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of storage areas and ensure proper handling of goods.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or any equivalent field.
• Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe, and Canva. 
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork if necessary.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, depending on operational needs
