Senior Finance Associates, Quezon City

Responsibilities

     Supervise and review the works of Accounting Associates.

     Assist the Financer Manager on executing the work programs.

     Leads the Accounting Associates ensuring the work programs are executed properly and communicates directly with client staff.

     Calculates and prepares tax returns for clients.

     Trains the Accounting Associates on-the-job and provide timely feedback and coaching.

     Drafts reports, analysis, presentations for use by the Finance Manager and/or the Engagement Leader.

Job Requirements

     Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

     CPA and other certifications preferred but not required.

     At least three (3) years of work experience in accounting, audit, taxation, finance from a reputable accounting firm, private and public companies.

     Working knowledge and experience in cloud-based accounting and ERP systems such as Xero, Quickbooks, SAP Business One, Odoo, Zoho, and others.

     Intermediate skills in using Google Workspace tools, MS Excel, MS Word, and Powerpoint.

     Willing to be trained to use OneCFOs tech and related apps and workflows.

     Articulate in Filipino and English, possess good interpersonal communication and personal leadership skills.

     Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up.
