Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge of trade marketing strategies, channel management, and merchandising.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical and data-driven; able to interpret sales reports and market trends.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Willing to travel frequently for fieldwork, store visits, and market checks.
