Description
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, preparing and editing documents, and managing physical and digital filing systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the office. Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and packages).
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including preparing meeting materials and making travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) is functioning properly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and confidential files.
  • Assist with special projects or overflow tasks from other departments as needed.


Requirements
  • With at least 2 years experience working in office
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
  • Resides near the office QC Area
