• Oversee and manage the accounting department's operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing strategic recommendations based on financial analyses.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 58 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), financial reporting, and tax regulations.
