  • At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO or customer service experience (preferably in sales, technical support, or product accounts).
  • Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to explain technical details clearly and guide customers step by step.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, upselling, and cross-selling techniques is an advantage.
  • Proficient in computer navigation, CRM tools, multitasking, and data entry.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • High level of adaptability, problem-solving, and integrity.
