Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with minimal supervision. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs.


  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive(s).
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Monitor and manage executive email inboxes; prioritize and respond to messages as needed.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of key meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely communication and project follow-up.


  • Perform ad hoc personal or professional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
