Description

Position Title: Purchasing Staff Commissary / Restaurant Operations

Department: Commissary / Supply Chain

Reports to: Purchasing Officer / Commissary Manager

Supervises: N/A


  • The Purchasing Staff is responsible for sourcing, canvassing, and purchasing raw materials, dry goods, and other supplies needed for commissary production and restaurant operations.
  • The role ensures that all purchases are cost-effective, timely, and meet quality standards.
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in food and restaurant industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with purchasing/inventory software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
