Marketing Administrative Assistant, Quezon City

Description

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes
Maintain and update marketing databases, email lists, and CRM systems
Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media posts, etc.)
Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional campaigns
Manage and track inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
Support social media and content publishing schedules
Help compile marketing reports, performance metrics, and analytics
Liaise with external vendors, creative agencies, and freelancers as needed
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
13 years of administrative or marketing support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
