Description

1. Over all support between Business Development Executive and Operations Team

2. Assist in live, incoming & developing projects, account opening and account management.

3. Assist in client interfacing such as attending briefing and align project related activities

4. Schedule, attend and document meetings with support departments to cascade and align

5. Assist in monitoring product and related details on production floor.

6. Coordinate and ensure on-time and complete delivery of every assigned account.

7. Prepare and process timely billing of delivered projects

8. Maybe assigned other tasks related to the position 

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist sales team, prepare reports, coordinate schedules, and manage customer inquiries.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, occasional overtime during peak sales periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
