Kitchen Crew, Quezon City

• Assist in food preparation and cooking.
• Ensure portion control, consistency, and quality of food served.
• Follow food hygiene, sanitation, and quality of food served.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly.
• Support food preparation during peak hours.
• Maintain proper stock levels and inform Store Supervisor of shortages or needed supplies.
• Maintain proper monitoring of stock inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Job Title: Kitchen Crew/Staff
• Educational Qualification: At least High School or Senior High School graduates or equivalent TESDA II in cookery is an advantage
• Experience: At least less than 1 year of relevant experience in a kitchen or equivalent set-up is preferred
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking skills, kitchen hygiene, handling of kitchen equipment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and withstand heat in the kitchen. Must be detail-oriented and customer-oriented.
• Working Conditions: Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
