Description

Follows specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
Preparation of both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD system.
Communicates with Architects and Engineers, and incorporates feedback into drawings.
Preparation, reviews and redrafts alongside Engineering team.
Ensures final designs are compliant with building regulations.
Identifies and communicates potential design problems to the rest of the team.
Recommends alternative designs and finishes to the focal service stations.
Attends to the request of concerned departments regarding needed as-built drawings of the station and/or preparation of as-built drawings as needed.

Bachelor of Science in Architecture
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD)
Ability to draw manually an advantage but not essential.
Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
Ability to respond well to criticisms and maintains a positive attitude.
Has a general idea on basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sanitary, and structural system
