Description
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with sales objectives
- Generate creative ideas and convert them into actionable marketing strategies
- Track end-to-end implementation of campaigns and materials (digital, on-ground, or in-branch)
- Ensure all marketing plans are on schedule
- Analyze and Track on going marketing performance if effective in terms of revenue growth and client engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, HR) for seamless execution
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to represent and manage brand presence
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Excellent communication and team coordination
- At least 2 years work experience in the same field
- Preferably with background in aesthetics and wellness / service industries
