About the Role

• We are seeking a Japanese Presentation Specialist to support our Japanese clients and colleagues by creating high-quality business presentations, marketing materials, and administrative outputs. This role combines strong design skills with JapaneseEnglish language proficiency.

• Design and format business presentations, documents, and marketing materials (banners, brochures, posters, social media content)
• Translate and edit content from Japanese (Kanji) to English and vice versa
• Ensure designs are consistent, accurate, and culturally relevant
• Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects

• Bachelors degree in any related field
• Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1/N2 passer; English proficiency is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in design, administration, or customer service roles
• Strong portfolio of design/presentation work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently
