Finance and Operations Associate, Quezon City

Finance staff comprises employees responsible for managing a company's financial health through tasks like budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

• Developing budgets, creating financial forecasts, analyzing market trends, and providing decision support to management. 
• Collecting and analyzing financial data, maintaining ledgers, preparing financial statements, and ensuring legal and ethical compliance. 
• Managing departmental expenses, coordinating budget consolidation, and monitoring financial details to control costs. 
• Assisting with departmental operational concerns, implementing financial policies, and providing financial support to senior leadership. 
• Advising on resource allocation, identifying opportunities to maximize profits, and contributing to strategic financial planning. 

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related courses
• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports. 
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage. 
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance guidelines, and accounting principles.
