HR and Admin Officer, Quezon City

Human Resources

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee performance management, appraisal systems, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll inputs, leave tracking, and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and foster positive employee relations.
• Coordinate staff training, seminars, and professional development programs.

Administration

• Oversee office supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and legal requirements.
• Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Support procurement and vendor management.
• Provide general administrative support to management and staff.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 13 years of HR and administrative experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Other System (preferred).
