General Accounting Supervisor, Quezon City

• Supervise accounting staff handling AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and relevant financial regulations.
• Coordinate with Finance Manager on budget planning and variance analysis.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
• Manage payroll remittances, benefit contributions, and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounting software systems and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willing to work full onsite in Banawe, Quezon City.
