HR Business Partner Manager, Quezon City

Description

Talent acquisition and recruitment: Overseeing the entire hiring process, from job design and posting to screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Employee relations: Serving as a point person for employee concerns and grievances, mediating conflicts, and advising management on disciplinary procedures.
Compensation and benefits: Administering payroll, monitoring timekeeping, managing benefits programs (such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG), and ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
Performance management: Developing and overseeing performance appraisal systems, implementing recognition programs, and identifying training needs.
Legal and policy compliance: Staying updated on Philippine labor laws and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations to develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures.
Training and development: Organizing training sessions and workshops to help employees develop new skills and improve performance.
Workplace culture and engagement: Promoting a positive company culture, planning employee engagement initiatives, and enhancing overall employee well-being.

Graduate of Psychology course
Full time position
Not less than 45 yrs.
Fluent in written and oral English pro-active and;
5+ years experience in an HR role with proven successes in performance management, organizational design, recruitment, Employer/employee relations / coaching, compensation, benefits, and Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with different generations and has good intuition
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Compensation commensurate to qualifications
