- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, complaints, technical support, or order processing.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
- Escalate complex concerns to higher-level support when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Must be 18 to 48 years old
- Senior High School Graduate (or equivalent)
- With or without BPO experience (with 6 months to 1 year experience is an advantage)
- With good english communication skills
- Willing to work onsite (relocate near our work place company)
