  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, complaints, technical support, or order processing.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
  • Escalate complex concerns to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  1. Must be 18 to 48 years old
  2. Senior High School Graduate (or equivalent)
  3. With or without BPO experience (with 6 months to 1 year experience is an advantage)
  4. With good english communication skills
  5. Willing to work onsite (relocate near our work place company)
