Description
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Provide legal advice to management and staff
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary
- Assist in training employees on compliance matters
- Compliance Officer/Legal Officer
- Qualification: Graduate of Legal Management or Law, underboard may apply but bar passers are preferred.
- Experience in the field of Labor Relations, Employee Discipline, Corporate Law, Contracts, biddings and Compliance to government requirements and Data Privacy are needed.
- Willing to travel to project sites, can relate with government agencies. Has good background on audit.
- Salary Range : 30k-40k depending on qualification
- Location: Manila Office but may need to travel to project sites for compliance check and audit
- Work Schedule : Mondays to Saturdays 8am to 5pm
