HR Recruitment Staff, Quezon

Description

Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone or in-person interviews.
Schedule interviews and exams with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct background checks, reference checks, and credential verifications.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and databases.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, results, and job offers.
Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
Generate recruitment reports and metrics as required by management.
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies.
Support other HR functions as needed (e.g., orientation, employee records, training logistics).

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 23 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
