Maintenance Staff, Quezon City

Assist with day to day operations.

1. Conducts routine inspection of the building and equipment (structural, plumbing, electrical etc.)
2. Performs preventive measures to the building to reduce risk of future problems
3. Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
4. Handles basic repairs and maintenance

• At least less than 1 year of experience
• At least a graduate of any 2 year course or Vocational degree
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• With experience in performing routine maintenance
• Organized and have good time management skills
