Description

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Monitor project costs and provide cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate subcontractor proposals and assist in negotiations.
Conduct value engineering and risk management assessments.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to construction.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize project budgets.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or building construction.
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budget management, and construction processes.
Working Conditions: Mainly office-based with occasional site visits.
Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities.
Must have work experience in United Arab Emirates.
