Logistics Specialist, Quezon City

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to oversee daily logistics operations and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, be highly organized, and have prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.

• Plan and oversee daily logistics operations including scheduling, routing, and delivery tracking
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients and distribution points
• Coordinate with delivery teams, drivers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Maintain and update logistics documentation such as delivery receipts and shipping records
• Monitor inventory levels and work with warehouse staff to ensure product availability
• Resolve delays, damages, and other logistics issues
• Analyze logistics data and generate reports using Excel or logistics software
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and logistics strategy implementation

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or transportation management
