• Handle customer inquiries and requests related to financial or account transactions
• Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns
• Process and verify customer account details in compliance with company procedures
• Document all customer interactions in the system
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all engagements

• College Graduate in Finance & Accounting or Marketing
• College undergraduate accepted if with experience in Accounting 101 or related financial processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
