CSR- Banking & Finance Services, Quezon City

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. If you have strong communication skills, a background in banking, finance, or billing, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

• Assist customers via calls or email regarding account inquiries, billing concerns, and transaction support
• Provide accurate and timely information to resolve issues effectively
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
• Document and update customer records in the system
• Follow company policies and quality standards

• High School Graduate (Senior High or equivalent)
• At least 1 year BPO experience in banking, finance, or billing accounts
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
