Site Engineer, Quezon

Description

Supervise daily construction activities and manpower on site
Interpret plans and specifications, ensuring work is as per approved drawings
Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and trades for work sequencing
Ensure work progress meets the approved schedule and quality standards
Check materials delivered and ensure proper use
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety rules and PPE compliance
Prepare daily site reports, accomplishment reports, and update the Office/Planning Engineer
Report site issues or variations to the Project Manager for resolution

Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
3 years of experience in high-end residential projects
5 years of experience in construction
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes for effective decision-making and problem-solving
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
