Marketing Specialist, Quezon City

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to strengthen brand presence, drive sales, and engage customers. This role requires creativity in graphic design, hands-on experience in production and merchandising, and the ability to manage sports-related events and activations that align with the companys goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for sports retail products and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate with sales and retail teams to ensure marketing initiatives support store targets.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide post-event or post-campaign reports.

Graphic Design & Creative Production

• Design and produce marketing materials, including posters, banners, in-store displays, social media content, email templates, and product catalogues.
• Ensure all visual materials are aligned with brand guidelines and appeal to the target market.
• Collaborate with printers, production suppliers, and media agencies for high-quality and timely output.

Event Management

• Organize and manage sports events, product launches, sponsorship activations, and community engagement programs.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue, permits, suppliers, set-up, and manpower.
• Ensure strong brand visibility during events through creative and impactful displays.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• At least 23 years of marketing experience in retail, sports, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong background in events management, production coordination, and visual merchandising.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for sports, fitness, and active lifestyle is an advantage.
