Demand Forecast & Inventory Manager, Quezon City

• Responsible for forecasting and planning of order requirements of the assigned category based on the planogram matrix. Approves and monitor purchase orders, and measures service level of suppliers. Manages inventory and ensures complete stocks availability.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts historical sales analysis and data cleansing to build statistical baseline forecast
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast date and evaluate forecast results.
• Manage and coordinate with functional teams to develop consensus forecast, incorporating the Merchandising and Marketing promotion, new launch activities and launch of new store.
• 23Drive to achieve supply chain KPIs such as Product Availability, Fill Rate and Timeliness, Inventory Days Level, Slow Moving & Obsolete Inventory, and Forecast Accuracy.
• Manages capacity challenges and lead communication to across Supply Chain and other Departments concerned
• Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting orders, re-allocating existing inventory and establishing safety stock parameters.
• Ensure and implement control in managing inventory to prevent shrinkage and losses. Recommends direction on excess inventory actions aligned with the Inventory analysis.
• Discuss planned/campaign product promotions in order to produce more accurate forecasts.
• Coach individuals/teams, building strong capabilities amongst team members. Work with the HR to ensure succession plans are in place for key supply chain positions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Must be a BS Industrial Engineering or BS Math
• Must have Supply Chain working experience of 3-4 years
• Must be willing to be assigned in Head Office at Libis, QC
• Must be willing to travel, as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
