We're Hiring: Loan and Agency Management Officer

Are you detail-oriented, data-driven, and ready to make a real impact on financial operations? Join our dynamic team as a Loan and Agency Management Officer a critical role responsible for ensuring the integrity of our loan portfolio and driving accurate, efficient loan transaction processing.

• Oversee and validate loan release operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor collections and generate monthly reconciliations across LMS, ERP, and accounting systems
• Analyze discrepancies and work closely with Credit and Collection teams to resolve issues
• Produce financial schedules and performance reports for leadership
• Maintain documentation for bank loan processes and audit support
• Provide coverage support within the LAM team as needed

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in loan operations, financial reporting, or portfolio management
• Ability to collaborate across departments including Finance, Credit Control, and ICT
• Proven track record of working with systems like LMS, ERP, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
