  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong interviewing, evaluation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and meet hiring deadlines
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
