  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT/network management and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and office equipment.
  • Strong skills in MS Office and adaptability to new tech tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable interacting with foreign nationals.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work mid-shift (1 PM10 PM) with flexibility for schedule changes.
