• Greet customers and provide outstanding service throughout their visit
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels
• Assist with restocking shelves, pricing merchandise, and store upkeep

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
