Finance Officer, Quezon City

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Finance Officer to manage the companys day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in payroll, sales invoicing, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.

• Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and on time
• Create and manage sales invoices
• Monitor and record company expenses
• Maintain accurate financial records and clients contracts
• Prepare financial statements, including Profit and Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow Statements
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with external auditors and other departments as needed

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive financial information
